working fine so far. I've found generating and uploading routes via Mapquest to be more user friendly than using MapSource (version 2009). I've used Map Point as well as MapSource but still find Mapquest to be easier (even adding waypoints).

Thanks,
Jerry

Excellent product for an amazing price.
Two years ago, I bought a refurb 2610 for over $200 and thought it was a wonderful deal.
This is a steal.
The 2720 has the same housing as the 2610 but they are different in many ways. Read the manual because the menu isn't as intuitive as you may think. I'll reward you,

Bought a Garmin 2720 refurbished unit and it is nothing but junk. Stay away from purchasing anything refurb.

I couldn't believe how fast and effecient this company was in getting my Garmin Street Pilot 2720 to me. I ordered it last Tuesday close to 11:00 p.m. By Wednesday morning my package was being checked in with UPS. My Garmin which is supposed to be an overhauled product arrived at my home on Friday brand-spanking-new with all the accessories! This could not be an overhaul product. It's too new. I took it to work today to show off to my co-workers who couldn't believe the price I paid. Three co-workers plus the supervisor are interested in buying one as well. Good Job Digitechdeals!!!!

The map size is very small when so much of the screen is used for the arrow and directions. It also does not have a night mode/auto dimming feature. I purchased a refurbished unit, and the screen display was very fuzzy with poor color and contrast. Also, the hard buttons are awkward to push because of the effort needed to press them, combined with the fact that the unit is only mounted on a bean bag, it takes two hands to press a button and hold the unit from moving. I had absolutely no trouble or hassle returning it to the Amazon seller. If you're looking for a full featured, easy to use GPS, consider the Garmin Street Pilot C550 new [...].
