Todd R. Brangers ( Lexington, KY ) Magellan customer service is the worst customer service that has already raised. They offer a free map update 30 days, provided that all their products are equipped with maps updated. This would be a good thing unless it's in the fine print of your products and your customers e-mail list support for your site is the wrong address. I had to go to their customer service, putting a negative evaluation on your site. At the time he responded to my unit was beyond the limit of 30 days and refused to give me the update. M. Njuguna ( Lansing, MI ) I had this unit for over 2 years. I work very well, as it acquires the satellite signal. It takes about 1-4 minutes to lock on satellites. I had problems with the support of DC power, pin somehow managed to bend and is now broken. The cost is $ 70 for a cot again, so I decided to start a DC plug and solder it. It seems that I'm not the only one having this problem, Google Search.
