We got to Arizona for a vacation and not get lost in the desert. It 'easy to use and very accurate the information you have. Good buy for under $ 50. I do not like what I have to pay almost $ 80 for an update of the maps.

Magellan customer service is the worst customer service that has already raised. They offer a free map update 30 days, provided that all their products are equipped with maps updated. This would be a good thing unless it's in the fine print of your products and your customers e-mail list support for your site is the wrong address. I had to go to their customer service, putting a negative evaluation on your site. At the time he responded to my unit was beyond the limit of 30 days and refused to give me the update. This is a bad habit. Garmin has a 60-day guarantee which is sent directly to your website in plain view.

If you own a Magellan RoadMate 700 or 760 you'll probably need to update their maps for the unit. I discovered that if you go to [...] have all the latest maps for Magellan. I love my RoadMate units, and since I spent a lot of money with him back, I would have preferred to just update the maps and keep the same unit.

I had this unit for over 2 years. I work very well, as it acquires the satellite signal. It takes about 1-4 minutes to lock on satellites. I had problems with the support of DC power, pin somehow managed to bend and is now broken. The cost is $ 70 for a cot again, so I decided to start a DC plug and solder it. It seems that I'm not the only one having this problem, Google Search.

Should I buy this particular model again? No. Just because GPS sets are younger, better and cheaper available.
