I used this device to work for about 2 months. Overall not bad and take you where you want to go, but the ETA (estimated time of arrival) was never even close to that are about 5 miles of their destination. Travel takes me 2.5 hours to 3.5 hours early and slowly, is updated when you get close. In comparison I used to own a Garmin Nuvi 200, until someone has stolen and that ETA near the site and update it fairly frequently, depending on how fast I was going or if I was stuck in traffic. The other problem I have with this device is the inability to update your route if you take a wrong direction or a different route to avoid traffic.
To be honest, not even try to update your route that seeks only to return to the old, even if it is 100 meters from the next street is the original route. Once again, my Garmin has worked well when this happened and to upgrade to a path that has worked more for the road that was better than the original route planned. I would not buy this new product.

PROS: I got mine for $50 so can't complain. I like it for it's portable size and GPS nav works as expected. It's definitely worth the money.

CONS: I have two annoyances:
1) When you are in the countryside, you have to zoom in to see the smaller roads - even if there are no other roads around. This filtering is useful in cities when you got a lot of roads and makes sense to focus on bigger ones, but in countryside when you have few roads this is counterproductive.
2) The unit turns itself ON by itself. I charge it, turn it off to store. A few days later the unit comes on by itself and drains the battery down. This is a design flaw and i've seen many user complaints about this.

I have a Garmin now and my mother wanted a tom tom so I bought for Christmas ..... asked to use it for a few days, I liked it overall, but I did not like was the most packed on the small screen at the same time makes it difficult to concentrate on.so good eyes if you do not want that. my screen the same size as my baby is much easier to read, but I have to say that Black were characteristics of my Garmin, one could be your nuvi 350 large drive? hi another for lack of Tom Tom (my Garmin) who wants to have or not have not found the AVG mph, total miles that my Garmin has .....

I'm on my second drive. TomTom is the first because it would randomly turn, while sitting on the bench. The unit of replacement is not so good. Of course, this will result in a battery, which is a pain in the ass when you're in a hurry and want to get the GPS and take a short w / o bothering with ropes, etc. happens once a week or so. Most people probably do not notice because they keep him in the car.

There are numerous complaints on the internet about various TomTom models that do the same thing and that TomTom has not provided any solution. Too bad they don't care more about customer satisfaction.
