This is a great little GPS for the money. It gets you where you need to go and it is so affordable compared to others. Nice screen and features. Good value, good service

It works fine as a GPS, but you get what you pay for. It does have terrible sound and hardly holds a charge. Most GPS units (Tom Tom, Garmin, and Magellan) use a mini USB connector to charge, which is what most cell phones and other portable devices, this does not. I was on a trip where I forgot my car adapter and there was absolutely no way to get a replacement unless the company shipped me one (would have cost a lot), with any other brand you could just go to Target. The maps are also not updated; they don't even have major roads like East Ohio St. in Chicago.

The only "con" is the voice can be difficult to understand if you are going fast and there is a lot of "car noise"
Overall, a great navigator!!

Q
I bought this device for my girlfriend. Although it said it came charged, it was only marginally charged, and also it did not come with the CD that it stated was included. I have not yet requested this but don't think it will be an issue to obtain it. Plus, the unit's priinted documentation was good(a pleasant surprise) and it was easy to understand how to operate it.

My major complaints is that based on the two times we have tried to use it, once successfully and once unsuccessfully, it does not function well in chilly temperatures in that the touch screen is slow to respond or inaccurate. More importantly, the car charger does not work to charge the machine. The red light on the charger illuminates, as does one blue light on the machine, but the charge status stays at "drained". Since there is no other way to charge this unit other than the car adaptor, this is a big problem.

Again, this review is posted based on few experiences but until the charging issue is solved there aren't going to be more opportunities to use this for more than a paperweight. The one successful time we used the GPS it worked fine.

I'll modify this review if response from Rightway provides helpful input.
