Mary K. Wilson This unit does a great job for the money, and is easy to use, although I wish it could be programed from my computer for trips and such. But for the money I believe it can not be beat.

Michael Maslowski ( Tampa, FL ) Received first one, it was inoperable. Amazon immediately sent a replacement, trusting that I would ship the other back. Received replacement within three days and it worked fine! They turned a possible bad experience into a very good one.

Peter H. Togel ( Colorado Springs, CO United States ) I bought this unit so I have a GPS when I'm on the road using rental trucks or rental cars. The unit is basic but it guided me to the target on the first trip. Half a year later, I rented another truck and the unit booted up but the screen does not respond. I did hard resets but no change. There is also NO SUPPORT for Macs. You need to have a PC to update the unit. If you use Parallels, you might have a chance. For the next GPS, I would choose a Garmin as they support Apple computers.

Bruce K. Gessel ( Northern Virginia ) This works OK but was bought because of its "text to speech" feature as advertised. It does not appear to have this feature as it works just about like my old Tom Tom One.
