Had nothing but problems with this device, after the first download. Only the voice has worked for the download and then once after. After light-up indicating the loading of maps. How to get to the main screen and try to put an address and say "No" Maps "Shall not! The next time you try to use it could work well, except for the article, or can not. I went with a repair company that has allowed the unit to work once, then "No Maps" again.They say if she says "No Maps" Unable to find ever ... Yet, he (sometimes). It 'almost finished out of the window or broken with a hammer several times ($ 350. A little' more 'hard to break).And 'now (after the warranty is up) replace it with a refurb for $ 89.00 + shipping. Credit card gives me double warranty (one year extension) that must always be protected from them (after a lot of documents and receipts from Garmin). I borrowed 2 other GPS units, and finally bought it. We love it! I use it all the time, even if only to see when you arrive. The other was our house on the wrong side of the road, but this is incorrect. I did double-check routes before going to long road trips, because once did not take the highway, which is slightly longer, but much more practical and direct. Remember to keep the unit connected to the back, not sideways. Participates will work with the adapter, but to avoid damaging the drive and go very slowly and does not calculate correctly. Bluetooth is nice, although my son does not like the reception, but nobody complained. We love it!
